Job Purpose

“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Bajaj Finance Ltd. is one of the leading NBFCs in India. The product that the candidate will be working for is the co-brand credit card of Bajaj Finserv and RBL Bank aka SuperCard. The focus of the job is around content on various digital assets of BFL regarding SuperCard or co-brand credit card.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Writing content for credit cards on various digital assets 2. Interacting with the marketing and the SEO team to update the current content<xqyqz> keeping in mind SEO ranking and the search traffic on the credit card related pages. 3. Digital assets are a major acquisition channel for the company<xqyqz> ensuring relevant offers and CTAs to be updated timely considering the amount of lead flow 4. Engaging with customer experience team to maintain positive customer experience<xqyqz> ensuring links & cross-linkages are in place. 5. The content writer candidate is required to sketch a customer journey covering the above steps. Focus should be on writing content & FAQ for each stage that ensures minimal drop-off. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES • Inconsistency in the content on digital assets • Changing content while maintaining the SEO ranking 5. DECISIONS • Decisions regarding content to be placed on various digital assets of BFL • Decisions regarding visuals by working closely with the branding team 6.
